Support Worker

SIS Care have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13.45 per hour.

What we are looking for in our Support Worker:

• People that are passionate about making a difference.
• Experience within Mental Health
• Experience working within a Supported living service.
• Driving is preferable but not essential.
• Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential.

The Support Worker role:

Our teams provide outstanding care and support, working with individuals to understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions. The role of a support worker is extremely rewarding, but can also be challenging at times, so patience and compassion are key.

SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Fountain Street is a newly refurbished supported living service in the historical market town of leek in the Staffordshire moorlands; Fountain Street is close to the bustling high street of leek. Fountain street is made up of 19 self-contained flats and is staffed 24/7 hours a day. Transport links such as Leek bus station is only a short walk away, with regular buses accessing the city of stoke on Trent, Buxton, Congleton, and Macclesfield.
